Requirements

Must haves
- Minimum of 2 years experience within business operations
- Minimum of 2 years experience in line management
- Excellent communication skills in both email and face to face communications
- Passion for creating social and environmental change
- Have drive and self motivation
- Proficient in all Microsoft and Google applications

Nice to haves
- Experience with finance administration/manage ent, including Xero system knowledge
- Worked in a start up company/growing enterprise
- Proficient knowledge of HR management
- Health & Safety management experience
- Previous work within the construction/furniture industry

Job description

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who prides themselves on exceptional customer service and has a keen eye for operational systems and improvements. We are looking for an Operations Manager who understands who we are and why we do it and carries that passion into everything they do. From budget monitoring, administration, reporting requirements and improvements, customer liaising all the way through to people management.

With exciting new development in the pipeline for 2025, we are looking for someone who wants to be part of developing new ways of doing business, wants to contribute ideas, find better ways and help ensure that RAW purrs operationally.
